Shipping to the customer is free for any order withing the United States. Shipping fees are not covered for returns, unless there was damage during transit.

I provide in-person delivery for any orders that reside in a 10 mile radius of my listed address in Boise, Idaho. If you qualify, there will be a checkbox under "Shipping Method" at checkout that says "Local Delivery." If you choose this option, please contact me at hi@natashamarieart.com to set up a delivery appointment.

Shipping internationally is offered through either DHL or USPS. The rates are calculated at checkout through my business platform depending on address, size of the package, and weight of the artwork and packaging.

I offer shipping to almost worldwide destinations. If you don't find your country listed, don't hesitate to get in touch with me via email so we can add your area.

To check if I am able to ship to your area, add an artwork to your cart, go to checkout, and see if your country is listed in the dropdown menu.

My international customers (outside of the US), you may need to pay domestic import and tax fees. Natasha Marie Art is not liable for customers' import fees on any products purchased. This includes but is not limited to the commissioning of a custom piece, original sculptures or paintings, and merchandise. All sculptures and paintings are shipped 'DDU' (Deliver Duties Unpaid) which means the courier company will contact you for payment of any outstanding duties or taxes once the product has reached your country, prior to delivery. Please note that import and tax fees are not within my control. Each country has its regulations in this regard, so I recommend checking your domestic rules and regulations for more information. If you refuse to pay these additional fees, your artwork will be returned back to me. Provided that the product is in its original condition, I will refund you the cost of your purchase (minus the cost of shipping to and from your country). Please contact your local customs/tax office for advice on how much duty or tax to expect to pay-I ship worldwide and do not possess the knowledge of each countries duty and tax rates for artwork.

All artwork is insured to its full value, plus the initial shipping fee. In the unlikely event that the artwork gets damaged during delivery, please email me with photos and receipts at hi@natashamarieart.com and claim a complaint to the shipping company directly.
